TUITION AND ENROLLMENT

 

Four Seasons Summer Camp program is divided into two sessions (Summer I & Summer II).  Please note the payment due dates for each session.  You must enroll your child/children for the same days and times each week.  You must register for all weeks in Session I or all weeks of Session II or both sessions.

Current families that are enrolled in the current school year 10 month program can choose to enroll their child/ren for the Summer Camp during In House Summer Camp Registration.  Families can register in the Session I or Session II or both if space allows.

Current families that are enrolled in the 12 month program do not register for Summer Camp but will be charged for the Summer Activity Fee during the new school year registration.  They will continue to pay their tuition at the current school year rate.

You may choose T/TH, M/W/F or 5 days for each week enrolled at any age level, but they must be consistent each week.  The camp day begins at 8:30am and ends at 12:30pm.  Before and after care is available.  Registration, Activity and Maintenance fees can also be found on the Tuition Chart.

 

Four Seasons Summer Camp accommodates children ages 1 through 5 or recently completed Pre-K. You must complete a Summer Camp Enrollment form for your child/children.  Remember to include your child’s name and birth date, days attending and arrival and pickup times for each day. 

 

Please use the tuition chart to help you determine the days, weeks and hours you will need.  Be sure to indicate arrival and pick up times on the enrollment form.

 

FEES

 

Registration Fee - A registration fee is charged each year at the time of enrollment.  This fee is determined annually.

 

Activity Fee - An activity fee is charged each year at the time of enrollment.  The Activity fee covers special events and special lunches for the children.  This fee is also determined annually.

Maintenance Fee - A maintenance fee is charged each year and  is determined annually.
