Complete the Application and submit it to us via mail or drop off at the Front Office.  Once the Application is received, the enrollment process will begin. We will contact you regarding open availability.

Once you have secured a spot with FSCP:

Our office will reach out to you regarding necessary forms to be completed prior to their first day of attendance.

 

The state paperwork process is required to be completed annually.
