REGISTRATION

New Student registration is an Open House Registration process which typically takes place in February each year.  Registration acceptance is determined by a lottery selection. First tuition payment and enrollment fee is due at registration for new families.  Second payment is due August 1st.  THESE TUITIONS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  You may choose T/TH, M/W/F or 5 days upon registering, but they must be consistent each week.  The day begins at 8:30am and ends at 12:30pm.  Before and after care is available.  Please Note:  Four Seasons Childcare & Preschool no longer accepts Infants / Children under 12 months of age.

 

RE-REGISTRATION

Families registered in our school are required to annually re-register.   Re-registration for current families is on a first come, first serve basis.  The re-registration process for the following year is done in January prior to the next school year. 

 

TUITION

Tuitions are based on a yearly tuition amount that is broken down into 10 or 12 equal payments to make payments more affordable for families.

All tuition start times are 8:30am.  Before care is available beginning at 7:15am for $15 per day. See the Tuition chart below for After care fees. Tuition amounts are listed for the full year.  Please see the chart below for payment schedule.  Four Seasons Childcare & Preschool offers a 5% discount for each student sibling enrolled. 

 

Fifty percent of the 1st tuition payment and enrollment fees are due at registration for re-enrolling families.  Remainder of 1st payment is due July 1st.  These TUITIONS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Students who register in the 12-month Program are assessed a Summer Camp Activity fee for the current year.

 

FEES

Registration Fee - A registration fee is charged each year at the time of enrollment.  This fee is determined annually.

Activity Fee - The activity fee covers special events and special lunches for the children. 
Maintenance Fee - A maintenance fee is charged each year and is determined annually.
